Heist Walkthrough

The Cartel Island Heist is a multi-stage robbery where you travel to a cartel-controlled island, fight through armed guards, and steal valuable loot from containers, crates, and the underground bunker.

Getting to the Island

Travel to the island by boat. A hint blip on the map marks the island's location. Approach the island and dock to begin the heist.

Stage 1: Island Exterior

1. Pick up EMP Blockers — Find EMP blocker props around the satellite dishes. Pick them up and use them to hack the satellite signals.
2. Hack Satellites — Approach each satellite and place the EMP blocker to disable the signal.
3. Cut Electricity — Locate the electrical panel and use wire cutters to cut the power. You must have wire cutters in your inventory.
4. Loot Shipping Containers — Open the containers on the island. Some require thermite to break the lock.

Stage 2: Underground Bunker

Once the entrance conditions are met (EMPs hacked, electricity cut, containers looted), the bunker entrance becomes accessible.

1. Enter the Bunker — Use the entrance to go underground.
2. Find the Access Card — Pick up the access card inside the bunker.
3. Swipe the Card — Use the card at the card reader. This triggers a minigame — complete it successfully to proceed.
4. Loot Crates — Open crates using melee weapons (faster) or bare hands (slower). Loot the contents.
5. Loot Jewellery Tables — Pick up jewellery items from the display tables.
6. Open Interior Containers — Use thermite to break container locks inside the bunker and loot the contents.

Stage 3: Sell the Loot

After escaping the island:

1. Find the Buyer — A blip on the map marks the buyer's location.
2. Sell your items — Interact with the buyer to sell all heist loot for cash. Prices vary each reset.

TIP

When using targeting mode, interactions happen through the third-eye system instead of the E key.

Tips

• Bring melee weapons (hatchet, battleaxe, crowbar) to open crates faster
• A helicopter spawns on the island for a quick escape
• The heist resets periodically — loot respawns after the timer expires
• Watch out for cartel NPCs — they are armed and dangerous
